视频与视觉技术国家工程研究中心深圳分中心负责人，中国数字音视频编解码技术标准(AVS)点云编码专题组组长。在国际会议与期刊上发表了多篇论文，已申请多项国内外发明专利。目前主要从事三维时空数据压缩处理与分析、多模态大模型等方面的研究。
